With more than 30 years of experience in charcuterie, they founded their company in July 2015 to share their love for local products and traditional recipes from Touraine.
Patrick, with more than 20 years of expertise, devotes himself to creating terrines that highlight the flavors of his terroir, using exclusively local products such as “Roi rose de Touraine” pork.
Their commitment to quality and traditional craftsmanship has earned them recognition, such as the silver medal at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris for their Rillettes de Tours.“Saveurs Gourmandes du Val de Loire” is therefore the embodiment of excellence in artisanal charcuterie, anchored in the richness of the Touraine region.
