Based in Huismes, in the heart of Touraine, Goûts de Loire specializes in fishing and the artisanal processing of wild fish from the royal river.
Founded by Nicolas Hérault , a professional fisherman since 2005, the company promotes local species while respecting the fragile ecosystem of the Loire. With the help of his partner Delphine , they now process 90% of their catch, respecting the seasons and nature.
