Les Champs de Julien , located in Mettray in Indre-et-Loire, is a family farm founded by Julien Davaze in 2017. On more than 180 hectares cultivated using organic farming , he perpetuates a tradition of sustainable cultivation, focusing on biodiversity and product quality.

Julien mainly cultivates rapeseed and sunflower , which he presses himself to produce first cold-pressed virgin oils , rich in taste and nutritional benefits.
