Located in Marçay in Indre-et-Loire, La Ferme du Joyeux Laboureur is a family farm that has been perpetuating its expertise for four generations. In 2017, Guillaume and Karine Turquois chose to convert the farm to organic farming, thus diversifying crops and promoting local cereals.
