Made from "Roi Rose de Touraine" pork , these rillettes are browned and candied uncovered for 8 hours, then shredded by hand, offering a melt-in-the-mouth texture and authentic flavors.

Awarded a silver medal at the Concours Général Agricole , these rillettes are prepared using traditional methods, guaranteeing exceptional quality and an unparalleled taste experience.
