Yellow Vermouth is the project of Jean-Michel Durivault , a wine, botany, and taste discovery enthusiast. After inspiring encounters in Australia and South Africa, he embarked on the vermouth adventure, motivated by the desire to create a spirit that was local, artisanal, and unique.
🍇 A vermouth rooted in the Loire
From his troglodyte house in Touraine, he develops unique vermouths using local or acclimatized plants , in harmony with the seasons. These include Artemisia absinthium , ancient citrus fruits introduced in the 16th century , and Loire plants picked or cultivated with care.
