Flower Honey: White Spring

White spring

First harvest of the year, flower foraging number
white (cherry, prunus, apple and pear) and rapeseed,
rich in glucose, which gives it this white color so
particular and an “ointment” texture.

The aromas are subtle with notes of orchard fruits.

When bottling, they do not heat any honey to preserve all its natural properties. They use a mechanical process that makes their honey creamy and releases all its olfactory and taste aromas.
