Spirulina or “blue algae” is a complete food, a source
of proteins (65%), vitamins (A, B, E, K, etc.), minerals (iron,
magnesium...), antioxidants (phycocyanin, carotenoids, chlorophyll).

When bottling, they do not heat any honey to preserve all its natural properties. They use a mechanical process that makes their honey creamy and releases all its olfactory and taste aromas.
