Coming from an exceptional terroir in Ligré, this Chinon Clos des Roches Saint Paul is a confidential cuvée, vinified without added sulfur, and aged in the cellars of the Chinon fortress. On a single hectare of clay-limestone soil, this powerful, silky and complex red wine intensely reflects the character of Cabernet Franc.

🍇 Manual harvest , gentle vinification with indigenous yeasts, gravity-fed vats , slow fermentation: a master's work to reveal the finesse of the terroir.
