Chinon doesn't always take itself seriously. This is the case with this very seductive wine with its aromas of fresh fruit and spices.
Once on the palate, the setting is there. Lots of fruit and freshness. We love this wine and ask for more like a real treat.

The tasting
This clear and brilliant wine, with a ruby color and some purple highlights, is very aromatic and pleasant. It has aromas of red fruits (raspberry) and violet on the palate, and supple tannins. It has a good presence and a very harmonious finish.
Service tips:
It is served at 14°.
It goes remarkably well with white meats, poultry and aperitifs.
